It was written by both artists alongside Luis Resto, the song's music video is a short clip remake from film "48Hrs". This video is first music video from Eminem where he shows off the 'PROOF'-tattoo on his arm. The collaboration came about after the two artists met during a studio session for Shady Records rapper Obie Trice. .
