“The Only One" was originally called "Tuna Afternoon" and it talks about Lee's experiences with close-mindedness and people around her which seemed lost in a world she didn't belong in. Amy explained in an interview how she came up with the duck intro: “Terry and me were bored one day 'cause we didn't have any good ideas so we started a silly song, that we called Tuna Afternoon. I found that duck on the internet and added it. I thought it didn't sound bad and added it to 'The Only One'.” .
