According to the Sexbomb Songfacts, this was a last minute addition to Reload. Jones recalled to The Mail On Sunday: "This song just appeared at the end of the sessions for the Reload album – we had more than enough stuff but I heard a demo of this and I said: 'I've got to do this.' I changed a few words that made it work better. It ended up being the biggest song on the album, and we almost missed it!" .
