"Hootie Frutti" is the third track on KATSEYE’s 3rd EP, 'WILD', released on August 14, 2026. Months before the EP announced, in May 2026, the EP’s song titles were leaked online, including “Hootie Frutti”. When fans discovered the title, reacted with disbelief, initially mocking “Hootie Frutti” because of it’s weird name. Later, on July 17, 2026, after the announcement of the EP, KATSEYE released a teaser for the promotion of WILD. This video teased the tracks names, “Hootie Frutti” among them: .
